G-Power turns the BMW M5 CS into a 900 hp rocket

The CS with 635 hp is the absolute top BMW M5. But tuning can do much more, as G-Power proves with six power levels. Up to 900 hp are possible!

Stronger, lighter, more expensive: These are roughly the factors that set the BMW M5 CS even further apart from its “normal” M5 siblings. The G5M CS Bi-Turbo from tuner G-Power clearly surpasses two of these points. Between 700 and 900 hp in six stages are possible. The price is increased significantly by the tuning.

Up to 333 km/h top speed – limited!

The data of the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 read pretty tasty with 635 hp and 750 Nm of torque as standard. The G-Power entry-level version raises these values to 700 hp and 850 Nm. Further expansion stages are 740 hp/900 Nm, 780 hp/950 Nm, 820 hp/1000 Nm and finally the two full-fat variants Hurricane RS and RR with 840 hp/1050 Nm and 900 hp/1050 Nm respectively. In addition to upgrade turbochargers, new software and an exhaust system including sports downpipes, forged pistons and connecting rods are also installed in the latter.

BMW M5 CS – G-Power

The 3.0 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h of the standard CS should easily undercut the tuned four-wheel drive. And the limited top speed of 305 km/h is easily pulverized by the Hurricane RR with a (also limited) 333 km/h. The tuner emphasizes that great importance was attached to durability and drivability at all performance levels.

Rims in 20 and 21 inches

G-Power screwed one of two rim designs into the wheel arches. Both are available in 9 and 10.5×21 inches, the RR design is also one size smaller in 9 and 10.5×20 inches. Spoilers, bonnets and more are also available, and there are no limits to creativity with colors and materials in the interior.

Price for the Hurricane RR kit: from 119,000 euros

Prices start at 4399 euros for the 700 hp stage including installation. If you want the ultimate Hurricane RR package, you have to pay at least 119,000 euros, which, like the Hurricane RS, also includes a completely customized interior, carbon body parts and more.
In any case, the basic vehicle is added, which once cost 180,400 euros, but is currently no longer configurable. If you want to call a BMW M5 CS your own, you have to look around on the used car market. A normal BMW M5 is now available from 122,600 euros.
